I enjoy applying technology to solve complex business needs. I have a balanced background in security, analytics, infrastructure, and project management.
Information Systems Manager for JobsOhio focusing on data security, analytics, and developing the tech strategy to ensure the needs of our clients (both internal and external) are met.
Before JobsOhio, I served as the IT Director for Community Housing Network, a nonprofit providing affordable permanent supportive housing with a portfolio of over 1,600 units spread over 300 buildings. I founded and lead the IT Department focusing on developing the firm's technology strategy while formalizing standard policies and procedures. Most impactful projects to date have been deployment of a multi-site unified communications system, and a HRIS that replaced manual processes.
Before CHN, I founded the analytics program at TechColumbus as Business Intelligence Manager. One of the most enjoyable facets of that position was consulting with startups on how to build their business, and then the product. As the Business Intelligence Manager it was remarkable to see how our portfolio companies performed. I have had the pleasure to manage amazing teams while in the Army as Military Police.
I'm passionate about technology, streamlining processes, and building high-performing teams. Working with a team that grows together and delivers a fantastic product is rewarding.
I have an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at THE Ohio State University, and a BSBA from the University of Louisville.
I'm always interested in hearing from former colleagues, fellow tech enthusiasts, or curious individuals. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to connect.
